This is a remodel house design designed by Hartman Baldwin. This project has great character especially in the exterior design. If you look inside, you will also find wonderful interior design. The dining room is smooth with sliding wood doors and it becomes good companion for this kind of dining room design. The sliding wood doors will create fluidity or privacy between rooms by simply closing and opening the door. This Yeung Residence also has perfect bathroom. it has nice chocolate and wood combination. It also has black counter, black trim around tub wood trim, accent wall in shower and dual shower heads

“Linear architecture, exposed steel beams and floor to ceiling windows craft a modern dream home in the hills of Covina. The house is open and light, and engages with its natural hilltop setting. The project consisted of demolishing the existing home built in 1978 and creating a new home with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and family room space that focused on the impressive views of the expansive 2 acre property”
